For 4 servings: • 80 g of raisins, prunes and dried apricots • 35 g of lemon and orange candied fruits • 500 g of apples • 350 g of flour • ½ lemon • 1 bag of baking powder • 1 table. spoon of cocoa powder • 80 g almonds • 1 table. spoon of cherry liquor • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon, cloves, anise and cardamom • bread crumbs and butter for the mold
1. Put dried fruits in a sieve, rinse with hot water, let it drain completely, then chop coarsely. Wash apples, peel, core with seeds, cut into small cubes and mix with dried fruits.Remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze the juice. Mix everything, cover and leave for 10 hours.
2. Mix flour with baking powder, cocoa powder and spices. Add prepared fruit, minced almonds and liquor. Knead the dough.
3. Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Lubricate the rectangular shape with a length of 30 cm and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Lay out the dough and flatten. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 60 minutes. Remove the cooled bread from the mold and chop.
SMOKED FISH SALAD
Cooking time: 20 min
For 4 servings: • 250 g smoked fish (mackerel or salmon) • 2 onions • 1 carrot • 50 g celery tuber • 2 apples • 1 pickled cucumber • 50 ml of vegetable oil • 30 ml of vinegar • granulated sugar • salt • ground black pepper • parsley
1. Smoked fish cut into small pieces, removing the skin and bones. Peel, wash, dry and grate celery and carrots on a medium grater. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into half rings. Cut the cucumber into circles. Wash, peel and dice apples.

For the filling: • 200 g apples • 2 tables. tablespoons of sugar • ½ tea. tablespoons ground cinnamon
