USE ONE AND SAME MEANS FOR YEARS OR CHANGE COSMETICS EVERY MONTH

On the other hand, the needs of the epidermis change over time, and funds that were relevant 5 years ago will now be useless. On average, cosmetics are recommended to be changed every six months.
DO NOT RINSE MAKEUP
According to statistics, 30% of women go to bed with make-up at least twice a week. If this happens to you with regularity, worthy of a better application, it is time to take action. Dust and secretion of the sebaceous glands that accumulate on the skin during the day worsen air permeability, slow down the regeneration process and can provoke inflammation. If there is absolutely no strength left, wipe your face with a cosmetic towel or cleansing lotion. And do not be lazy to apply night cream on cleansed skin.

Expired cosmetics, firstly, are most often useless: the active ingredients no longer work. Secondly, when using it, the risk of allergies is great. This applies not only to care products, but also to decorative cosmetics. Use foundation for a year, lipstick, eye shadow and blush for 3 years, and change mascara every 3-4 months.
Extrude pimples
Beauticians warn: trying to get rid of a pimple mechanically, you risk damaging healthy tissues and causing an infection. The result of such an injury can be even more inflammation and even a scar on the damaged area. So keep your hands off your face and stock up on a good corrector with salicylic acid and antibacterial extracts (calendula, chamomile, tea tree oil). By spotting it on the skin, you will remove inflammation without any side effects.
CONSTANTLY USE A PEDICURE FILE
Many people think that pumice and nail files should be used daily. But too often by removing dead cells, the opposite effect can be achieved: corns will form at double speed. Buy a keratolytic cream in a pharmacy - it gently cleans corns and does not injure healthy skin areas. And do not forget about hydration and nutrition.
LAY IN THE BATH HOUR
In winter, you want to bask in a bath with fragrant foam. But hot water dries up the skin, which in the cold suffers from dehydration. The optimal duration of water procedures is 15-20 minutes.The water temperature should not exceed 38 ° C.
CLEAN SKIN
Owners of oily and combination skin usually sin this. Of course, the higher the secretion of the sebaceous glands, the more intense should be cleansing. However, washing the skin “to squeak” destroys the protective hydrolipidic film, which leads to dehydration and increases the activity of the glands. Try special brushes. They perfectly clean pores, remove black spots, but do not injure or dry the skin.
