Anna Khilkevich and Ekaterina Volkova joined the BonAqua program "We Drink Water" in Moscow.


The intense rhythm of life in a metropolis requires each person to think actively,
cope with new and interesting tasks, always be at the peak of their capabilities. To do this, you need to monitor your health and keep fit, and the first step can be active physical exercise in the fresh air. BonAqua's “We Drink Water” program invites you to change: move in pleasure, drink enough clean water and make this healthy habit a part of your life.
This year, dance workshops were held in the city parks of Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan and Sochi as part of the program. In the open-air classes, everyone was able to learn new movements and, by their own example, make sure how drinking enough water increases the effectiveness of the training. The workshop was hosted by the famous choreographer Yevgeny Papunaishvili.

In addition to master classes in Russian cities, dance classes were held every week in the Moscow park Krasnaya Presnya. Anna Khilkevich and Ekaterina Volkova took part in one of the lessons, where, under the strict guidance of Evgeny Papunaishvili, famous actresses not only learned new movements, but also recharged in a good mood.

BonAqua's “We Drink Water” program is designed to draw the attention of as many people as possible to the issues of proper and regular water consumption. In combination with an active lifestyle, water positively affects the physiological and mental functions of the body. Timely hydration is necessary, especially if the load on the body increases - it can be jogging in the park, playing sports, walking in the city on a hot day, intellectual work and solving serious problems at work. Even under normal conditions, a person should drink at least 40 ml of water from all sources per 1 kg dailybody weight. Water is essential for metabolism, it increases endurance during physical exertion and is an important part of efforts to control weight.
About the program "We drink water"
In the summer of 2015, as part of the BonAqua program "We Drink Water", yoga and dance classes were held in the largest Russian cities. Residents of Moscow, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg and Krasnoyarsk learned about the importance of daily sufficient consumption of clean water for well-being, and were also able to spend time in the fresh air with health benefits. More than 400 people attended each dance lesson in the Krasnaya Presnya park in Moscow, and more than 30,000 attended summer yoga classes thanks to the Yoga in the Parks project, which became an integral part of BonAqua's We Drink Water program.
In 2015, the BonAqua project "We Drink Water", which includes, in addition to sports workshops, an extensive range of educational programs for a wide range of people, was an excellent opportunity to spend a bright, healthy and healthy summer in a big city.
