MICHAEL VELLIQUETTE
Awesome monsters, bewitched homes, outlandish cars: American creations Michael Wellickett, strongly reminiscent of the psychedelic art of the 60s, they themselves tell fabulous stories and carry even adults into the wonderland. “At about the age of six, children lose their“ magical thinking, ”which makes them believe in monsters and endow things with human qualities. That’s what I’m trying to bring back to adults again.”.

At the same time, it is important for Michael to use simple materials. “I take paper, scissors, paints and glue and turn it all into a beautiful art rich in decor. It is a manifestation of our creative culture, in which we always do a little more than we need: we not only create things, we also decorate them ".

LAURA LEES
Like many British success stories, the story Laura Fox started in a London pub. Until then, she did not think to make money on her passion for embroidery. But when the girl constantly saw people around her in super-expensive and absolutely miserable outfits, it became completely clear to her: I can do better!
Not much time passed, and recognized trendsetters - film actress Keira Knightley, guitarist Rolling stones Ronnie Wood and singer Lily Allen - drew attention to the daring denim vests, dresses and bags native to Scotland.

At 18, Laura began to embroider, just like that, in the mood.
Along with the development of its own brand, Laura Lis is successfully involved in the development of models for other designers and fashion networks. She willingly shares her talent. In her London workshop, Laura devotes both beginners and advanced craftswomen to the secrets of machine and manual embroidery.

JUAN LAMAS
Openwork and incredibly light - they immediately catch your eye! Fantastic earrings, pendants and bracelets are cut, cut and drilled from alder Juan Lamas in his workshop Silvereira in the Spanish city of Santiago de Compostela.
These filigree works are a tribute to the magnificent art of Galicia of the 18th century, when, thanks to the use of wood, jewelry became available for the first time not only to representatives of the royal house, but also to ordinary people. To this day, in Galicia, they put on a national costume with luxurious wooden earrings, to which Juan Lamas constantly gives a modern sound - with the help of bright color or small beads.

In addition to working on his own collections, the designer works closely with German and Spanish colleagues. As a result, for example, these cute jewelry from the doll series appeared.
The master creates elegant ornaments from wood, making each of his creations unique. He even makes silver beads, earring hooks, chains and locks manually using traditional techniques.

MACON & LESQUOY
Where there used to be an ugly hole on the skirt, a small jellyfish now flaunts, and a bright red lobster “crawled” onto the modest blazer’s lapel. Small ironing patches, stripes and brooches from Macon & Lesquoy, embroidered with plain and metallized threads, not only save worn or defective items, but also give them an individual character.
Animals, hearts, ribbons - these motifs can be sewn, ironed or pinned like a brooch. They are sold both individually and in sets. Some embroideries can be used as a necklace, belt, hair jewelry and even as a postcard.
"Everyday life is sometimes so dull and gray, so having with you what makes your face shine with you is always only good." - confident designers Anna-Laura Leski and Marie Macon. They met while studying in Paris and for more than ten years ago they founded their own salon. CORIUMI
The fates of Inga and Arvydas united not only in personal but also in professional life. Fashion designer and graphic artist made the perfect pair. Inga and Arvydas Korumi met at the Vilnius School of Art, decided to combine their knowledge and skills and began to produce fashionable printed leather bags.


If there is a lot of work, designers stay up until the morning, painstakingly transferring to the skin the motives that Arvydas develops.
With their clutches and bags with bright prints, they “blew up” the world of fashion design. Unusual silk-screened patterns, unique leather and suede texture, as well as color variations, make Coriumi bags stand out from any outfit. Young Lithuanians really like the creative freedom that gives them the status of independent designers.
"Do something yourself and completely control the process - what could be better!" - Inga admits. "There is something magical about transforming the source material into something that will come in handy and maybe please another person."
